This Hotel located near to Munich Central station.
Rooms are nice and clean.
Able to check in the hotel even before the time mentioned while booking.
Budget friendly and nice hotel in central location
They also serve breakfast buffet at 9€, worth the price.
Reception and Check in has been done hassle free

Scam. Advertised AC rooms on booking, but no AC rooms during Munich heatwave. No solution from hotel,just asking for the guests to understand that they were misleading guests. Avoid this hotel.

I want to recommend this place first and foremost because of the people who work there.
Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel and asked to get a room that doesn't face the main street (since I read on other reviews that it's too noisy).
When we got there the man in the reception was very nice, and helpful.
The room itself was simple, cozy, and nice. It had a small fan, a tv-that we didn't use- a small fridge and a comfortable bed.
We were traveling with two small dogs, and you pay 10€ for each per night.
The breakfast was nice. I'm a vegetarian so it doesn't take much to make me happy. The buffet was good, and the service was excellent. (As I mentioned the hotel is lucky enough to have such great staff working there).
No sound during the night, so we had a good sleep.
And on our last day, we were supposed to leave early so they offered to prepare us lunch boxes to take with us. In the end, we had a mistake with the train, so we stayed for breakfast which they made only for us. Not a buffet, but they truly prepared a great breakfast that was more than enough.
Again, I want to thank the great people that work there, from the man and lady's in the front desk to the lady's in the breakfast and each member of the staff that we met.
Last thing; The location is great. A short walking distance to all the main attractions and the main train station, and very easy to move around.
Though you might see many beggars and homeless people around, it's still a nice area to start your trip.

Good breakfast spread, lots to choose from; mix of sweet and savory: fresh fruits. WiFi is fast. Room facing the street could be noisy at night. Location near the central train station is convenient for those travelling by train. However, neighborhood seems rundown and unsafe. I will not recommend to families with small kids. Price/value is okay.

This is the kind of hotel that will always get bad reviews from people going "Oh my, the rooms are tiny" or "Oh no, there is a sex shop right next door". Get over it. This is a fine little hotel right next to Central Station - of course the area will reflect that. The street is completely safe to walk on, there is a cheap supermarket right across the street. You'll find cheap safe parking two streets away in an underground parking garage - just have the reception validate your ticket to get the discount. Rooms are clean, staff is super friendly and you're walking distance from everything in the city. Only downside; no air-conditioning, so the rooms can get quite hot during summer. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.

I had a very comfortable journey there! The room is clean, breakfast was very good and all the staff very professional!
The hotel is very close to the metro station and letterally 10 minutes walking to Marienplatz.
