Great location in walking distance of most central sites and the train station. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful, and the morning and afternoon ladies were especially welcoming.

Our room was very clean and had decent space and comfortable furnishings for the price, with a convenient in-room sink for washing up. Our shared bathroom was also very clean. There was a bit of noise from the street but nothing excessive, however there was also a slight mechanical hum or buzz that was audible from our room. My partner found it distracting and had to wear earplugs but I didn't have much issue as a normally light sleeper so other's mileage may vary.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots to choose from (eggs 2 ways, cereal, yogurt, fruit, meat, cheese, pastries, etc).

Overall, a great value with a homey atmosphere if you don't need luxuries. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The friendliness and service by the staff was even better. If you can overlook the clamor from the street down below, it is a great place to stay - within walking distance of many attractions.

The hotel fully met our expectations. It was very close to the main train station and city center. We were given the room when we arrived, which was earlier than declared check-in time. The room was bright and comfortable with some pleasant little touches. Bathroom was clean and good size. Most of all, we were pleased with Hotel stuff who were considerate and nice to deal with. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were extremely friendly, offering us recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. The hotel was lovingly cared for, with cute touches. There was some noise from the street below at night; we would have asked for a quieter room in retrospect, but with earplugs it was fine. Very convenient location only a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof with lots of public transit connections.

Great little hotel - room was clean and was perfect for two people. A small fan and windows that open were a plus because it was pretty warm in the room (we went in early September). The bathroom was neat and clean. The only downside is it is pretty noisy at night from people partying on the street below. But overall we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

Good hotel. Clean, good breakfast, and when we went around early August of 2019, the staff were very friendly and happy to have us.

My only big complaint was because it's near bars and clubs and stuff, it is very noisy. 24/7 all the time.

The hotel is quite charming and a nice respite from a busy city. The street is a little seedy and LOUD at night. We could close out window and shut off the world. So I slept like a baby, but I see was there in a cool September when heat wasn't an issue. The hotel staff is truly lovely. They are helpful and kind and the breakfast was delicious as well.
