The service is great, man who checked us in on 31st July was very friendly (didn't get his name). Location is good for the central station. Few issues with the room, aircon did not work just kept saying "clean filter". Secondly, the toilet flush was very temperamental. The room was a bit dusty and no channels worked on the TV (didn't care personally just thought it would be worth a mention). Shame because it had potential to be an excellent hotel. Shower is very good.

Wonderful hotel. The AC was the coldest I've had during my europe trip so far and it has been a very hot July. Makes a little noise, but nothing unbearable. Controls are accessible in the room. Room is average size for Europe. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Safe in the room. Shower is one of the best I've had in Europe. Rain shower head and spacious. Great location in the middle of the action which I loved as we enjoy taking walks in the evening in search of good food and drinks.

The hotel itself was clean and modern, the room was big, quiet and bed was comfy. Only thing that was not so nice was that the shower was broken, there was a rainfall shower head and a normal one, the rainfall one had mould on it and was not working anymore, the shower in general had mould. This is the only thing that i thought was not so nice. Other than that, cheap hotel close to main train station, area a little bit sketchy.

Good hotel in a central location in Munich. The area where it is located (close to the train station) is a bit of a red light district but it is not too much in your face. The rooms were very clean yet small. Staff at check in was friendly and they offer breakfast at the neighbouring cafe. Most of Munich's sights are in walking distance. Overall for the price we paid quite good.

Location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the main train station and short walk to all the major attractions in Munich. Rooms were clean and neat.
The staff are not very attentive, there is no real room service, no bar fridges in the rooms. Not much privacy in the toilets. The water temperatures in the Shower fluctuates a fair bit.
It was good for the price, but don't expect a 4 star experience.

I have stayed here multiple times when in Munich. The manager Nicole is very helpful and friendly. A good central place to lay the head at night while touring the city during the day. It's a good 2 star hotel with no frills. All I needed as I dont spend much time in hotels when travelling.

Room is a convenient size for one person or a couple. Area can be sketchy but is really convenient. Room maintenance is pretty bad. Shower door doesn't fit well, not much hot water, and TV reception is bad. Friendly staff, but no additional amenities. The hotel can be quite loud, even at the top floor, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper
