No Air conditioning so during the biggest heatwave ever this is unbearable so had to open windows to stay cool, now despite putting earphones in it does not drown out the awful nightlife sound, it is right by a cabaret and there's no sound restrictions in place, when these go to sleep about 4.30am the building works go off at 5AM. Needless to say 2nd night no sleep and last night will be the same. The hotel itself apart from needing aircon however is not bad though, its good value, just location unfortunate. On the 5th floor and the big windows open straight out.. probably would advise catches on them to prevent sleep deprived jumpers from listening to constant bad music and drunken people.
*Found out at reception that they are getting Aircon installed next year so that should improve things future summer goers.
Keep the windows shut when possible. If you're in for a late night its a good value place to crash.
