The staffs are super super nice, especially Nikolai. We arrived the hotel at 6:45am. It was super earlier and luckily someone check out earlier. So we got early check in around 9:30. And we can also have free breakfast with our kids during the waiting time. The hotel is clean and well organized. Looks very new. The room is not big but enough for us, a couple with 2 little babies. And the location is great!

Stayed with my family for 3 days from 14 April and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, we did not eat here so can’t comment on the food.
The location is ideal for the railway station and all transport links, and is only a 15 minute walk to the centre.
The stay was organised by my family for my birthday and when I got to my room I found that a gift and card had been left from the hotel, a really nice touch, I would definitely stay there again.

First of all, great location. 2 mins to tram and S-bahn stations, 5 mins to Munich Central Station. 15 min walk to Marienplatz, 20 min to Munich Residenz, tramline to Schloss Nyphemberg just a walk away. Dining options are plenty. It's a melting pot area near the main station so you can get all sorts of cuisines.
Room is larger than expected, I had a really good room overlooking the courtyard. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. Had issues with the shower on day 2 but it was quickly fixed and the shower was amazing after that, strong pressure and constant temperature.
Staff were lovely, didn't had much interactions but they were quick to solve problems. Didn't have breakfast as there were a lot of options just outside the hotel. The entire walkway in the underground is full of eateries and shops.
Also there is a laundromat just 5 mins across the road with a really lovely lady who spoke good English and helped with the machines.

Large rooms. Breakfast is very good as well as the service. We needed an early check in and they expedited our room to accomodate that. While the location is not the closest to the city center, it is located in a central public transportation hub which means it's easier to get there and from there to various places both inside and outside Munich

Bad service: my questions weren't really answered, breakfast was not well organized and I saw guests being blamed for not knowing procedures. The location is fairly central but due to poor isolation you will experience a lot of noise if your room is on the side of the street. It is also definitely not a safe neighbourhood in the night, but yet the hotel didn't seem to have a reception or security after evening hours. I was also woken up by room service at the early morning.

The location is very good. The rooms are good and the staff very kind and helpfully.
