Restaurant was not very full despite it being the lunch rush. That should have been a warning.
Sat down and received no service for 15 minutes, so I went up and got a menu from the bar. Still no service after another 15 minutes so I had to go to the bar to tell them we're ready to order.
Gave us the wrong order - we ordered a vegetarian calzone and they gave us the meat one with chunks of raw mushrooms. Seafood pasta had chunks of raw garlic as big as the fish. Doesn't seem like they have a knife in the kitchen (of so, didnt know how to use it) and just tear ingredients apart by hand.
Didn't check in during meal at all so we started eating the wrong order when it started getting cold. Only when another customer came in (near the end of the meal) were we able to flag down the waiter and tell him the order was wrong.
It's across from the train station and probably caters to tourists that will come once and never again. To them I suppose it doesn't make any sense to offer service or edible food, so we really shouldn't be surprised.
