Very good quality vs price. Old and charming hotel well maintained. Clean and very friendly staff. I guess that this is a family business. We slept well. Ideal when you take the train and visit the city center.

Lovely tidy hotel, very friendly staff.. Rooms are a good size and clean. Didn't have breaky there (so only 4 stars as can't review that aspect). Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is located three minutes by walk from main train station on the edge of very energetic and interesting district. There are many places with good food around. The staff was also very kind and really helpful. That's a rare thing in Hamburg. The rooms were clean and comfy. They were big enough, stilyshly furnished and there was very comfortable and soft bed. The bathroom was also spacios and clean, quite a lot of amenities was included. Tea and coffee was refilled after two days. We also got sparkling water everyday and on the reception you can take more of it, as well as some fruits and candies. :) We did't have breakfasts in the hotel, but the restaurant room looked very cozy, furnished in german style, same as the resto of the hotel. Overall, we had an amzaing stay in hotel Alt Nürnbeg. Thank you!

Very accommodating staff/owners speaking only German but very good at communicating even so. The breakfast is ordered and not buffet style but large enough for a grown man to be completely satisfied. The major downside is that the room heating is to warm in the winter. A luxury problem of course.

Great little hotel. Very nice and helpful front desk. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Would stay here again
