I enjoyed my stay here. It was a bit hard initially to find the right entrance to check in. It is not the same place. The location is a small entrance between the Italian restaurant, but check in is a bit further to the right. The room was clean and looked and smelt properly disinfected before I could check in. The room was relatively small, but the bed and Pillows were so very comfortable. The shower was great and entire place was very clean. I would recommend this place. Lots of good restaurants and the main train station opposite.

I had a nightmare at this hotel on 7 June 2022 with my wife. I immensely regret my decision on booking this hotel as our final few days in Germany. They mention Wi-fi and TV monitor at the hotel room. Both facilities does exist in the room but it does not work at all. You can connect with the Wi-Fi but it cannot connect with the internet which is absolutely useless. The only positive thing for this hotel is good location and nothing more. Think twice before you make your decision on this hotel. Good luck!

The worst hotel I have ever been to. How this place has anything beyond one star is a mystery. The room was old, dirty, and very very small. The bed was also very low to the ground so you could breathe in all the disgusting dust you saw on the floor and between the bed and the walls. The bathroom has a wooden ceiling that was coming apart and was just dirty. Overall it ruined my experience in Hamburg. I slept with my clothes on top of the sheets because I was too disgusted to tuck myself in. I also didn't bother showering or using the bathroom. My flight was the next day at 5pm but I left this place at like 8am for the airport. I was too disgusted to stay. This hotel should have nothing more than a star given how disgusting it is. Also like others have mentioned, the elevator was broken during my stay as well. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Just download Hotel Tonight and look for cheap hotels on there but do not waste your money here.

Apparently the service quality was so poor. I was so irritated by the way the reception staff treats their customers. I made a reservation with the help of my friend's credit card. But the staff said the information is incomplete and wanted to have my friend's signature and some other information. We did so and provided them back the information but only to find the hotel already cancelled my reservation despite our agreement. What kind of service is that! I called back and asked for explanation but the staff said booking cancelled instead of them, which is a liar after booking told me hotel cancelled. So basically the hotel made a mistake and does not want to admit. Shame on them. I don't want to disclose the names of staff but I really want to alert future travelers and hotel management. Thanks!

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Like a student bed sit twenty years ago. Stayed all over the world AND BRITISH AIRWAYS took over 5000 avios points for THIS.
ONE of worst places ever stayed in. Breakfast fine and clean but if you are expecting great things beware. Totally DISGUSTED with British Airways for using this. Do not pay more than £20.B a already in trouble in the Daily T today

It is perfectly located in front of the main train station. So very easy to reach and good starting point to move around. Bed is comfortable.
