The room appears nice at first impression but… there was bed bugs!

Edit - As you can see they have denied and replied to my review on here with no concern for my or my fiancées safety. I raised this issue with the management team and provided a timeline of photos proving this hotel was the cause. They avoided answering my questions. They asked for medical proof which was not possible given the time taken for them to respond, the bites had cleared up. They never refunded me and refused to have the hotel checked for bed bugs for future guests. Avoid this place at all costs.

Mistakes are unavoidable but I base my opinion of the business on how they respond to these mistakes. I couldn’t be less happy about this hotel and urge everyone to avoid

I’m sorry but the room was NOT clean. Found a destroyed bag of chips underneath the bed and massive dust. It had not been cleaned - in a while. The staff apologized and took care of it, they were friendly. Unfortunately I still have to make a bad review as hygiene and cleaning is and should be very important - especially in these COVID-19 times. Otherwise location of hotel was perfect. 5 min from shopping as well as train and bus right outside. The hotel is small and does not have an elevator but there is only two floors. The room was fine but small and you could hear noise from the hallway. We were happy with our stay but the cleaning situation is questionable and I don’t know if I would visit again

The room was cold when we checked in. While the bedroom part of the room was renovated it still felt like not entirely finished. The bathroom on the other hand felt like a communist country bathroom and as well as the temperature in the room, the water was cold (no hot water and we had to wait for more than an hour to get some). It was disappointing.

The perfect hotel, rooms and friendly staff- but the room was very noise due to old building materials (window)

Everything was good except there wasn't an elevator so we had to walk two floors up and down the stairs. Nice staff, great location, accross from the train station. No breakfast included.

I had booked a stay for one night. I wanted to change the date because of covid-19. I am traveling from a red disdrict and i don't want to risk because of my work. They offerd me a voucher for 50% . I feel dissepointed. This is how they respond:

The room is really comfy but the absence of an elevator and friendly staff made me decide to not return to this hotel again.
