Very close to Hamburg Station but over four floors after 2200 they turn the lift off and if you end up up the top big bags it's a long haul at nearly midnight. Breakfast was good.

Great little hotel next to the haupbahnhof. It’s quite cheap and breakfast has decent cold food selection. Only hot selection is boiled eggs. They lost one star because the upstairs can be loud. I can hear footsteps in the stairs.

Overall good, good price/quality ratio.
For the location it is quite affordable, however the photos are a bit misleading.
Shower curtains should be changed, otherwise would recommend for one night if, as we did, you are more focused on the city and not the place you are staying at.

Great location. Proximity to amenities and Central rail and bus stations makes this hotel a good choice. We were at the back of hotel so very quiet. Rooms are very small but not unexpected. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was hearty. There is no air conditioning but there is a fan.

Me and me friend slept a few nights in this hotel. The staff is very kind. We had room 29 in the condor hotel but the douche and wc were separated from the sleeping room. The wifi was not working well so that was also a pitty. Although the beds were cleaned every day before 12pm but I wouldn’t recommend a friend this hotel.

Conveniently located 2min walk from Hamburg train station. Check-in closes after 10pm so they will leave your keys in a small locked box outside the front door.
Rooms are basic - but was disappointed: only got a single bed when I requested (and paid) for a double. Oh well...
WiFi didn’t work in my room.
Bathroom was basic and in need of renovation. Bad damp smell.
Breakfast is served from 6:30am. It is basic but with small breads, cold meat, cereals, yogurts, etc. More than enough.
But I stay here again. Once was ok.

Very nice reception. Safe hotel, but reception unmanned after 10pm. Cheaper rooms smell a bit of onions from cooking entering the halls. Great location though.
