Unkind and not interested staff. They almost ignore you. They serve without saying a word. I felt like I'm invisible. And at the end of that farce, they still try to steal € 2 when paying. "if it passes" (this time it's not). I payed with 50€ banknote (and you can see the change on photo). Really pathetic. Maximum grade food - 2. Old and heated. General impression. Avoid.

Go for beer, not for food. Famous for its beer brand. For sure, glass of wines are quite overpriced here compare to other places nearby. We ordered white sausages and Bavarian specialty plate. Food plating choice is obviously quite odd plastic clips holding coldcut meats hanging in the air, quite unpleasant presentation of food and to be honest, the lard balls on Bavarian specialty plate was inedible in the sense of flavor. We left most of food and went other place nearby again to eat. Service is cold and dry as well.

Time for German food! Found this place on Google maps and was super satisfied with our meal choices. Split this with a friend! Sat outside and enjoyed a summer sunset in Hamburg. We asked if they could split the check, they said yes, but then continued to get angry at us. If that wasn't an option, please just say so.
Highly enjoyed my meal:
•Bavarian speciality plate: crispy pork roast, mountain cheese, obdaza, smoked sausage, gherkins, red onions, bread, butter;
• Bavarian style 'meatloaf' from the grill with fried egg and potato salad

Authentic German boozer. Love the Paulaner Weißbier. The old lady serving me seemed a little rude, probably annoyed about Brexit and serving a Brit. Ah well can't have everything ????

Quite nice pub, good food, good beer and a very nice staff! I just missed some rokwurst but definetly I will come back. It resembles the traditional brauhaus from Munich on it's inner architecture.

Very good pork knuckle. Highly recommended if you like roasted pork knuckle.
