Not customer friendly. Rarely have it been this bad. Employees are dressed as guards and they behave that way; with suspicion. They chase you around the store without serving you, just to keep an eye on you. I bought my Pradas elsewhere.

I ordered a cleo bag in scarlet from official prada site and it was shipped from THIS store. The shipping box was partially open u0026 the only reason i accepted this is because the side seals were intact. Inside was a huge deep box (def that was designed for other products) and the bag was just thrown in there. NO WRAPPING, NO PAPER INSIDE. Nothing protective the logo etc.

But, what it came with were SCRATCHES at the bottom, huge finger nail SCRATCH inside the bag, store tag u0026 a bit too much of dust (bag was in the dust bag tho) which clearly says that it was a DISPLAY BAG.

Super disappointed with the fact that from a luxury brand as Prada people can so easily receive damaged demo/display items that clearly been used in store.

And since then the price bag raised already by €100, not worth it.

Totally unacceptable. If you don’t have new products, then don’t sell them.

Had the best experience with a luxury Store ever. Since i visited the Store for the first time last year I received the best service. I really wanted a pair of boots that was completely sold out in Holland. The kindest sales-assistent Sefa resourced the boots for me in Germany and shipped them within a few days to my Home. After a time the boots had a small defect, and he arranged that they we’re sent to the Prada atelier in Italy. When they couldn’t fix it, i received brand new ones! So the best service ever, all Thanks to Sefa! Also Sefa informs me with new exclusive pieces, couldn’t be more happy!

Prada Boutique Shop has the best service to its customers. I have bought a lot of clothes and shoes from Boutique Prada. The best brand and variety.
