After I sent an email to the customer service of Bulgari offcial website, Mrs. Reich (the store manager) contacted me immediately with a really good manner, explaining all her misunderstandings and making a sincere apology with a nice gift (see the attached photo). And at last, the bag was sent for a 3rd time and this time it is carefully packaged with a really good status (totally different from the last 2 times). Although I spent a lot of time on this issue, I really appreciate the way they dealed with it after they realized their mistake as well as the speed they made response. I would rather believe that my following suffering is just a careless mistake which rarely happened. And at the end, my problem is solved happily and I think they will do a better job at the first place in the future.

Never ever gonna buy any product from this store. I paid half of my salary and bought a bag. After I received it, there are several scatches that I cannot even tell whether it is a second hand one or a new one. I tried to negotiate and Ms. Tlili u0026 the store manager promised me a change of a new one. And for the 2nd time, I received exactly the same one as the 1st time. I called again. Ms. Tili said it for sure that is another one which is completely new. But the positions of all the scatches are totally the same. No matter what I explained to them (it can be easily proven by comparing the photos I sent before showing the scatches and the photos of the 2nd bag), Ms. Tlili insist that it is a new one, completely ignoring my suggestions for sending her the photos. Then I said I want to speak with the store manager. But the store manager with a really bad attitude and refused to pick up the phone (I heard that from their conversation). Then Ms. Tlili said she was busy at that time and asked me to call in an hour . I waited and called for the 2nd time and was told the store manager is on another phone. Then it is the 3rd time. This time it was Ms. Tlili. She provided a solution is that I sent back the bag and they refund me the money. Meanwhile, the store manager didn't want to pick up the phone. Ms. Tlili even told me that she was not there at the moment. With my insistance, she finally picked it up and I said I want to explain the situation. The following is her word, "I am not interested. We wouldn't change it for you for another time. Never call us again. We never gonna sell you any product." Without any chance to speak with the store manager, she just gave the phone back to Ms. Tlili directly after she finished her talk. I felt like I was humiliated. Ms. Tlili then said to me. We refund you the money and that's it with a repeat "never call us again."
Up to now, I haven't figured out what have I done to make their attitude so badly. I just want to get a new bag instead of a "probably second hand one". During the whole process of negotiation, I was polite and try to solve the problem. Am I supposed to take the "second hand bag" with a brand new price?
Below you all can find the pictures of the bag I received for the 1st time and the bag I got for a change for the 2nd time. It is obviously the same one. I was treated terribly wrongly. If you don't want to risk to get the same experience like me, be careful with your purchase.
