I visited the store with the purpose of buying a new watch but I left after 2 minutes.

The shop attendant was very rude and did not offer me any help when I said I was looking for a new watch, he just said that the wait was several years.

Their competitors further up the street were very helpful

Habe alles in allem sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Blome. Habe meine Speedmaster bei Blome in Revision gegeben, sie sollte zu Omega eingeschickt werden. Es gab ein paar Probleme zu Corona Zeiten bei Omega aber Blome war super Transparent. Es kam zu Verzögerungen die Blome zu entschuldigen wusste ich bin sehr zufrieden und dankbar für den Service und die Transparenz.
Gerne wieder Fehler und Verzögerungen können immer passieren die Reaktion und der Umgang haben mich beim Blome überzeugt.
