War immer ein guter Kunde bei Kult und mochte die Kette sehr gerne.Allerdings habe ich in der Filiale Düsseldorf Kö von genau 2 Monaten eine 90 Euro Jacke gekauft.Leider ging der Gürtel (wegen welchem mir dir Jacke überhaupt erst ins Auge gefallen ist) ganz plötzlich ohne mein Zutun kaputt und liess sich nicht mehr schliessen. Keiner der mitgelieferten Ersatzknöpfe war für den Gürtel.Für diesen Preis sollte man schon etwas bessere Qualität erwarten können.Hatte sowohl das Etikett,als auch den Bon noch und wollte die Jacke bei mir in Dormagen reklamieren.Dort ist selbige auch vorhanden.Mir wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass eine (eventuelle!!!) Reklamation NUR in der Düsseldorfer Filiale möglich sei.Und was wäre, wenn ich die Jacke spontan in Berlin gekauft hätte?!?Kult ist eine Kette,jedoch würden dir einzelnen Filialen nicht zusammengehören.Könnte man eventuell mal beim Kauf drauf aufmerksam machen. Komisch,dass die Gutscheine aber in allen Filialen problemlos gelten.Bin also nicht nur von der minderwertigen Qualität des Produktes enttäuscht, sondern auch von der fehlenden Kulanz.Soll ich mir extra nochmal die Zeit (und das Geld?!?) nehmen,um nach Düsseldorf, wo ich vielleicht zweimal im Jahr bin, zu fahren, nur um dann VIELLEICHT eine neue Jacke zu bekommen?Eventuell müsste die alte nämlich auf unbestimmte Zeit zur Reparatur eingeschickt werden, was hiesse ich stünde erstmal ohne Winterjacke da und müsste noch ein zweites Mal Geld und Zeit investieren, um die neue abzuholen. Unglaublich in der heutigen Zeit.Jeder online Shop ist unkomplizierter! Der Witz ist auch, als ich in besagter Düsseldorfer Filiale angerufen habe, um zumindest zu klären, ob sie die Jacke überhaupt noch in meiner Grösse da hätten, wurde mir eiskalt gesagt, dass diese Marke dort nicht geführt wird...Ich hab aber noch den Bon als Beweis?!Unglaublich, ich behalte die Jacke jetzt ohne Gürtel.Als Kunden hat mich Kult aber definitiv verloren! Absolut kundenunfreundlich und unzeitgemäss!
