I was interested in a watch from their store. Before I went, I called and informed whether the model was available. It was available but not with a titanium band. I decided to go and if the watch was according to our liking, we would buy the watch and have the titanium band ordered. When I arrived, I wanted to first take a look around. It was my first time in this store. Later on when I asked for the model which I previously called for, they said it was not available. Later on they said that it was not available with a titanium band. When I requested to see the watch, they just showed it to me on a screen and were not willing to get the watch for me. How offending! I will never ever go to Bucherer again. I thought it was a wonderful store due to their reputation. It was quite a disappointment that I was treated like this. Other customers got drinks and they could not even show me a watch?
They lost a new customer and clientele.
I bought the watch and another one (which I already had an eye on, but did not mention) at another store. There they treated me as an appreciated guest.

The location and the interior design are very nice so I went there today and I left with such a bitter taste from the store. Apart from the polite security guy and an Asian lady in sales which was busy, the rest made me feel invisible there. I went to check ROLEX GMT II and Tudor Black Bay and I had to chase a man to ask few questions, he told me on the run that I can watch in the window if they are available and not even asking if I want a drink, if I would like to check other models, nothing! If this is how Bucherer understands luxury sales, I would rather not visit their stores again.

It was really nice Experience! Greetings was good :) , The Ambiance was Nice ! And I love the Store . The Consultations was ok . I would recommend it :) I asked for different Models of Rolex and They had most of them . Great collection of different Brands like Rolex ,IWC, Cartier,Tudor and many more . If you are looking for something they could also get it for you . On the First floor they have a Whole section for Pre-owned watches . They were all in fabulous conditions I was surprised!! Yah but the Preis I think were little high . If you have money and you wanna buy nice watches and jewelry then you know the procedures! Go there and get what you want !!! .

Security is rude and intimidating, staff are unhelpful. Was interested in looking and maybe buying a watch or two but staff weren’t even interested in helping. Even though Rolex cabinet had some nice stock. Nothing was for sale. Why bother opening up if nothing is for sale.

Unwelcoming vibes and arrogant employees. After 20 min of standing there and waiting while the employees were walking around us not even welcoming us or saying hello, we went to Tiffany and got attended right away.

Expensive product and very bad afterservice. I bought watches for several thousand of euros, after some time my battery stopped working. I have decided to visit this shop and asked them to replace battery. I know, It takes not more than 5 minutes, but they could arrange it for me only within 6 hours (“sorry, today Saturday, we are very busy”). Ok, if you are busy and do not have even 5 minutes, maybe you can advise to go to some other watch shop (your partner or smth), where I can have a new battery and where works a person who is capable to do it, without damage my watch?! Unfortunately NOT, I should find this place myself. So poor afterservice, when you pay not little.

Of the jewelry stores on Königsallee, this is the best one. It's the largest, with the most staff and the greatest selection of stuff. They cater mostly to watches and that's pretty apparent. Prices are the same as every other store on the block (expensive), but the service is better and the atmosphere is nicer.
