I cannot say enough how wonderful of a store Dior Dusseldorf is! Beautiful space and decor, attentive customer service, friendly staff, and great selection of gorgeous Dior craftmanships. I was very pleased with how well they treated me, and especially had the pleasure to have Alberto take care of me. Even more so was how impressed I am with how Alberto helped me after my visit due to Global Blue issues. This is how an exemplary customer service should be! Thank you for making my trip to Dusseldorf memorable and I plan to return in the near future!

We came to Dior on a Saturday afternoon. The wait was not long to get in and the store is beautiful but the service was not what one would expect from a high end retailer. Our sales associate seemed to be bothered that we were taking up her time (maybe she assumed that we weren't going to buy anything as we said we wanted to look around). We wandered through the first and second floor with our sales associate in close proximity. When we asked to see some belts and asked about the colors/different sizes - each request seemed to be a bother. The belt size we wanted was not available so she informed us that additional deliveries come in regularly. Upon further inquiry on which days, she mentioned we can just call customer service and ask. This was a much different experience to Gucci. However, i would not come back as i prefer to just order the belt online.

Horrible service. I believe I receive better service at Hu0026M. I don't understand the arrogance Dior or any other luxury stores have. We were basically ignored and there wasn't even a lot of people in the store.

Have been treated like a king! Great customer service and were even offered bottled water (in amazing Dior glasses)! Fantastic experience
