I had a great experience buying a long awaited and saved up for ring at the Tiffany u0026 Co. location in Düsseldorf. Prior to my visit I researched the cut, clarity, and carat of the ring I would like to purchase. I recommend that every customer do this as it helps your sales assistant find the best jewellery to match your preferences and budget.

I worked with two sales assistants who were so kind to advise me in my first language English. I had my first consultation via phone with a SA based in Berlin (Ms. Xu) and then after clarifying my wishes met with my sales associate in Düsseldorf (Ms. Lian.) At no time did I feel that I was being pressured to purchase one ring over another, the sales assistant was very patient and honest. I was especially impressed that they had a few extra rings transferred from other locations for my consideration. I needed to have my ring resized and this wasn’t a problem at all.

Whether on phone or in person I found all staff at the Düsseldorf Tiffany u0026 Co. truly kind and professional. Please remember that no matter what you plan to buy or how much you plan to spend that the ‘golden rule’ applies at Tiffany u0026 Co. just as it does everywhere else.

Very disappointing service! They tried to sell me an old bracelet!
Luckily I realized that it was scratched on some parts, and tried to return it to get another one. During this, they showed me another bracelet from the same edition which has apparently never been opened, and the difference in the silver, shine and polish of this second bracelet was clearly visible compared to the original bracelet which they had sold me. It was clear to me that they had tried to sell me an old bracelet, which probably has been in their shop for years or has been tried way too many times.
Terrible terrible service. Very disappointing for such a luxury brand.
I will definitely not go there again.

I went in really willing to buy a watch. Attendant showed me two models, as I said I wanted something simpler for everyday, she told me to go downstairs and wait for her. She never showed up and after 10 min, I left the store. I guess attendants make more than enough commissions...

We did buy our engagement and wedding rings here. Absolute amazing customer service, private room on demand and absolutely a Tiffany experience above our expectations. Thanks to our service advisor Tina!

Purchased Christmas gifts for the family and for myself . Great service recieved from Claudia Tafili , patiently answered all questions ,,, very professional ,,, will definitely come back and recommend to friends!
