It is my first time to write a google review and I have to give it to this store :) I bought a watch here today and the service was perfect. The very friendly staff was helpful by advising me based on my daily dressing style. The total shopping experience was totally satisfying.

I have never been so disappointed and humiliated by a upscale store like Tory Burch. I recently made a purchase at this boutique and was told the large Robinson Tote "never" goes on discount. I paid full price only to get home and see it was indeed discounted online from $500 to $242. I also purchased a pair of wedges that were marked down in the store however the clerk charged me full price of $265 when they were marked down to $137. Now that I'm back in the US they have informed me that I was charged correctly. I'll pay $200 to ship my purchase back before I will look at this stuff in disgust everyday.
