the store is nice but it has the worst customer service out of all their locations. terrible staff. so small, so many employees, but none of them friendly. asked two different women for a book and the responses were so rude.

Great place to get inspired. Lots of choice and also a large number of English titles available. The shop is in a large hall, so everything can be found quickly with just a few glances. There is a fresco on the ceiling above, which adds to the charm of this shop.

It is like a hidden jewel in the heart of city. If you like books and bookstores, you will love this one because of the internal design and the varieties of the books. My daughter loves their kids section. So, such a great place to give a break and checking some new books.

I loved the interior.But be warned, everything is pricey, i went to english section( one row of books) but every book is atleast 15 euros.I also love their birrhday pop up cards....

Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. You can almost find anything that your looking for in there.

Better selection of kids books than the one at Marienplatz. I am missing books of japanese authors (crime and novels)

Very good service and advices. A real pleasure to be in a non virtual bookshop again.
