Very busy with only 1 counter with 2 assistants working... The line to pay was almost out of the door...waited a long time to pay. Ques also at change rooms...no sales being offered just standard prices... Clothing is good quality though...

They guarantee you , written on the back of the purchasing docket that they will take returns up to 30 days after purchase. If the article is in original condition. BE AWARE IT’S A LIE!! ZARA does not seem to care about customer service. They would not take a paar of trousers back even though It was obvious they had never been worn!! They didn’t even look at them to make a judgement!! I had all the tickets, labels ect!! The store manager was rude, wouldn’t give me his name. He has a tattoo you can see across his chest “don’t trust anyone “ so he obviously doesn’t!!!
Worst customer service I have ever come across!! And Zara leaves it up to the individual stores if they take the cloths back or not!! I rang customer service , this man was very nice and if I’d bought the trousers online I would be able to send them back!! He was so sorry he couldn’t do anything!!

Unfriendly and unorganised employees laughing and chatting more than trying to create a comfortable atmosphere for the customer. The waiting lines in front of the changing rooms are also outrageous.

Today I had a lesson in shopping and was dealing with an inexperienced store manager. Yesterday afternoon I bought a velvet jacket here, due to lack of time, I did not try it. Today I went back to the store to return the jacket with original tag,but the manager did not agree to return the money, but returned the purchase card, according to him I wore it and had dust and hair as well. I explained that when I bought it, I found the jacket a lot of dust and thought I could use a table
brush or tape to remove them. I return just because it is not suitable for me.
He didn't accept my explanation, saying either I take it or I take the voucher.
I said I saw 2 jackets yeaterday in similar condition, both with dust and hair on them.
If an experienced and qualified manager, he does not behave like this, he should know that velvet is very dusty, and he can talk to the salesperson to check the clothes condition after customers try them on.

The jacket costs only 49.99€ but it made me realize that not all managers do a good job with the simple case.

Suuuuuuch rude customer service! They are inflexible and absolutely not customer oriented. This location is awful!

There is an older lady in the evenings during weekdays (so far I always go on weekdays). Every time I have visited the stor, she treats me horribly. I don't speak German and as he does not make any sort of effort to understand me. She even gets annoyed at the Register even though I am spending over 100 euros. It is ok to not speak English but simple words related to her job should be a must (Ex: return, cut the tag). I have worked as a store manager myself in Japan and although I was not speaking japanese in advanced in level, i learned most of the words related to my job and the stuff as well regarding English. I was getting a bit frustrated because I was trying to explain her to please cut the tag of an item I was buying and while I was looking for the tag to try to point at it, she was acting like I am wasting her time. Horrible! I would definitely go out of my way to go to another Zara store jus because of her.
