Location of store is 10 minutes walk from Marienplatz station. Nicely tucked amongst other brands and you can't miss the Nespresso logo.

Store is well arranged and organised. Easy to get your capsules or pods and check out. They have this self checking out machine too and if you're visiting and not from Germany, they have a Foreigner pass to forgo all the formalities that the machine will ask and just pay. Ask any of the helpful staff around. They'll bring the card, tap it and you're good to pay.

They have a good selection and flavours which I'm sure will cater to most. Only thing missing is selections for iced coffee. Hope they'll bring in selection for the capsules versions of iced coffee.

Very nice and welcoming, they not only gave some advice on my daughter’s machine but offered us some espresso!

Very friendly customer services and fell like be cared. However, I'm so surprised that they do speak English compared to the phone services. I hope the customer services could be improved via phones and Nespresso could provide seamless and great customer experience among all the channels Nespresso covered in the market.

It was my 3rd time in this shop. I was helped every time by a different staff member and they were all extremely nice. I appreciate their profesionalism, they are amazing! I like too that I could find in the store everything that was available online and even more than that.

Amazing ambiance just filled with coffee! It was a delight to visit this Nespresso boutique. Didn't buy anything though....maybe someday later.

It was a bit tricky to find the boutique because I had to walk through an alley of shops to reach it but once I was there the staff was really helpful and the shop had two floors. I bought my capsules and then sat down for a much needed coffee break. The tasting bar was really nice and had many options for non espresso drinkers. Will definitely go back some time!
