Superb customer service, brought my briefcase to Prada so that it can be repaired because the zipper broke. I was welcomed very friendly!

Waited for 4 weeks which is very reasonable and Prada also offered me to send it to me so that I don‘t have to pick it up which is very generous.

I‘d like to thank the whole team of the store and special thanks to Mrs. Lehmann!

After getting horrible service from the Chanel store next door, Prada made my day.

Very friendly customer servicer, staff provides professional opinions on their products, smiley face all the time.

Purchased a Prada product happily.

Honestly super rude staff who belittled me just because I am American. They told me I have never shopped at the store, yet I was holding a pair of Prada shoes in my hand. Sorry I left my Prada bag at home!
