I checked in today for 3 rooms.
I found an excellent hotel specially the receptionist as he was smiling and trying to please us as much as he could.
The room is 4 STARS hotel as expected.
So far I am enjoying my stay.
There is a wonderful coffee machine at the reception with different flavors.
..............
I stayed one week...was good and happy.
the breakfast is good.

While the staff tried to help mitigate the issue, my stay was not very pleasant.

The lack of elevator access to the 6th floor is annoying, but not having a telephone line, working Air Conditioning or proper wifi was a bit much.

Thankfully, I got moved to the 3rd floor and the experience got a lot better.

In short, dont get a room on the top floor and check the appliances of the room before spending the night.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, everything was very good. When I left the hotel, they couldn't find my watch. However, I remember the place I forgot. No other staff can enter the rooms. Employees are unreliable. This situation is embarrassing for a hotel. Do not go.

The hotel is basic and no frills. Mostly clean but some areas of the room need a thorough clean. Our bathroom had hairs up the wall (long as well as short and curly) which wasn’t pleasant. But overall okay.

Be warned house keeping will walk into your room. During our stay house keeping walked into our room 4 times whilst we were still asleep. The first time was at 07:55. There were no ‘do not disturb’ signs which we could use so we just had to put up with it. This could be resolved simply with a ‘do not disturb’ sign for each room.

Overall okay, cheap and cheerful. Didn’t eat breakfast there during our stay but would recommend eating in Munich’s many cafes.

Location is very convenient near the train station and around a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. The lobby has this distinct smell upon entering. The room is quite small. However, for the price, it can't be beat. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. I rate the hotel 5 stars NOT because it is a 5-star hotel, but for its great value.

Nice staff, clean and cozy bedroom. The bathroom is relaxing too. It’s close to the train station, you won’t have big problems walking your luggage down there. I stayed there one night and came back in the later week. Love it!
