The hotel room was spacious and they were kind enough to set up the third (kids) bed nicely. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Location is ideal for walking distance to everything in the city center. The reason for 4-stars has to do with the street noise. It is constant throughout the day and into the evening, and would bother anyone trying to get quiet hours.

Hotel is in the city, Breakfast was good, No kitchen in the room.. I travelled alone and I had chosen a single room, but this room turned out to matchbox size. Smallest single room I have ever stayed in any hotel. There was hardly any place to walk.

Great and friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had during my several months stay in Germany.

Be sure to ask for room that doesn’t face Schillerstraße as the street is very loud and busy.

Clean hotel whit super friendly personnel. Receptionist showed places from the map and gived good tips for visit. All spoked good English. Brakfast was taisty and plenty.

Rooms are spacious, clean and lovely decorated. It is central, with a range of cafes, museums and public transportation just a stone throw away. Have stayed here twice and can highly recommend with my partner. Great value for money. And the best part is the wonderful staff that are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
Include the breakfast buffet when booking your room. There is such a lovely variety. The cook is just the sweetest.

Okay so first of all, Florian at the front desk is an ABSOLUTE delight. He took the best care of us and I am so happy we got to meet him!! The hotel room itself was really nice! The second morning there, there were construction noises from 7am-10:30am. I don’t think you’ll hear these noises if you’re not situated at one of the corner rooms bordering the building next to it. It was super loud and we didn’t sleep well during the time, but it didn’t happen again for our three night stay. Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel! In addition, it’s close to many ethnic restaurants that are absolutely delicious. Be sure to check out the afghani restaurants around the corner, and the kebab ones too!

The good: It was clean and the staff was the best feature of this property. The front office was very helpful and tried to rectify the issues we were facing with our room and the on-site cafe staff were just lovely and kind as well. They accommodated us at the very end of the breakfast a couple of times.

The bad: The location is a bit iffy, having to walk through construction and strip clubs, but inside the hotel, it was modern and nice.

The ugly: There is loud construction happening in the next building so we were woken up at 7am by loud banging and drilling. That’s the whole of München center for you though. But then the next day, our shower stopped working and we had to use another room for a while, and eventually, moved to another room. But the manager really tried to rectify the situation and even comped the breakfast etc., so that was ok. One another important issue - WiFi signal is weak inside the room. If you close the door, it all but disappears. In some rooms, the signal strength is ok (like the second room we moved to), but at others, this is a problem.
