The hotel room was clean and simple but also a bit worn. For the price it was exactly right especially because of the great location. The workers are also very nice and helpful. I even received the possibility to store my luggage after check out so I could pick it up at a later moment. The only downside was the breakfast which is also optional. I recommend visiting a bakery in the neighborhood.

We stayed there for 3 night Close to central railway station it’s about 5 minute walk there
Check in process was easy.
Just to be let you know that they do not have 24 hour desk. We did not get room service for 2 days and third day when we checked out we notice that on second floor hallway homeless guy was sleeping in hallway snoring very hard on wash bed sheets. It’s create serious guest safety concerns. He was sleeping on bed sheets and sheets are all over in hallway.

The feelings about the stay we're mixesld. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good however, the room itself was a little disapointing. The furniture was scuffed up, the bed and pillows we're way too soft and offered practically no support. The room and bathroom were cleaned, but not that well. Additiinally there was a subtle bad smell coming from the drains. But on the other hand the price was not that high for being close to the city centre.

It is a nice budget hotel , the area seemed quite chaotic but very safe indeed.
Hotel has a great breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and the room was ok.

Avoid if you can. We stayed here and the room was OK but service is extremely poor. To be fair, the bedroom was clean but in the morning the shower was cold. The breakfast was very disappointing with most of the options run out when we arrived with plenty of time to spare. All of the plates at the breakfast bar were dirty and there was no staff available to help. Also there was no butter for the bread nor spoons available. We checked out and left our luggage at the hotel but when we returnee to collect it there was no staff member to open to door so we nearly missed our flight because we were waiting 30 mins for someone to come to reception. When I mentioned these issues at the reception no one seemed to care. If you wish to have a smooth stay in Munich I would avoid this particular hotel which seemed short staffed to say the least.

Was a great surprise place for me. Clean and great location .. near to train station. 5 mins to Oktoberfest to walking. Near to city center in Múnich. Safe and central area. The breakfast is really nice .. big buffet

There are small rooms and large rooms, but the small rooms are booked first, the large rooms only have one bed and not a double and the rooms have not been changed, the breakfast plates and tools are not clean, in general it is not a good choice for me.
