Vier Tage habe ich noch auf der Intensivstation verbracht, das war knapp, da wäre mir bald die Puste ausgegangen.
Die Ärzte/Ärztin, Schwestern und Pfleger total nett und freundlich. Sie arbeiten auf hohem Niveau und sehr professionell, kann man nicht anders sagen.
Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. ????????????

Ab 11.2019 bin ich KMT-Ambulanz zu den regelmäßigen Nachuntersuchungen, bis jetzt soweit alles ok und hoffe das es auch so bleibt. Auch dort ist das Gesamte Ärzte und Personal- Team nett und freundlich. Einfach professionell.

Bei Ankunft auf dem MHH Gelände mussten wir leider feststellen das der Lift für Rollstühle beim Parkplatz defekt war und wir nicht auf legale Weise zum Haupteingang gekommen sind. In der Augenklinik, wurde von einer genervten Angestellten gefragt ob mein Vater, der dort einen Termin durch seinen Augenarzt bekommen hat, schon einmal Patient in der MHH war, als ich dieses verneinte, wurden wir noch einmal zum anderen Ende des Gebäudes geschickt um dort ein Parientenanmeldeformular auszufüllen..vorher musste aber eine Nummer gezogen werden. Auf der Website sind ehrlich gesagt keine Auskünfte über diese Vorgerigen Maßnahmen zu erlesen. Nun weiß ich auch, warum diese seeehr langen Wartezeiten zu stande kommen. Alles in allem ein schrecklich langer Tag für meinen behinderten Vater.Diese Bürokratie schreit zum Himmel. Kurze Info an den Überweisenden Augenarzt wäre ausreichend gewesen und wir hätten uns viel Zeit und Ärger erspart.

Da ich in der Patientenaufnahme bereits 50 Min. warten musste kam ich zu meinem Termin 20 Min. zu spät. Da ich ein Baby habe, fragte ich nach der ungefähren Wartezeit um meine Tochter ggf. vorher noch zu stillen. Sie durfte nämlich mit der Oma nur im Flur vor der Klinik bleiben.
Da sagte man mir, das ich mit 4-5 Stunden rechnen müsste.
Das ist mit einem Säugling eine unzumutbare Situation!!! Wir haben daraufhin die Klinik ohne Untersuchung verlassen. 5 Stunden und 130 km völlig umsonst. Ich kann die Klinik daher absolut nicht empfehlen!!!
