They redirect your appeal from the department to the department, then do not get in touch at all, the letters do not answer. In Turkey, the guides TUI absolutely all over your problems. Instead of helping, they say: "We are very sympathetic to you, this should not be, it's a shame, write a complaint." But that's all. They promised to contact me within two weeks and report the result. Nothing. I do not recommend traveling with this tour operator.

Booking excursion at TUI keep in mind your excursion can be cancelled at any time and you will not get any refund. Any contacts with TUI give no result. Avoid of fraud. In my case booking ref. 5092-1284.
