Wir sind mit unserem CI-versorgtem Kind seit fast 5 Jahren im DHZ angebunden. Die zwei Sterne gehen an das pädagogische Personal und an die Ingenieure vor Ort. Die sind absolut super und sehr kompetent!
Einzig die Dame im Sekretariat geht gar nicht! Neben ihrer chronischen Unfreundlichkeit, ist neuerdings nun auch das Telefon komplett abgeschaltet (davor war ständig besetzt). Es wird darauf verwiesen eine E-Mail zu schreiben, was wir auch gemacht haben und unser wirklich dringendes Anliegen geschildert haben. Es hat sich seit Tagen niemand darauf gemeldet... Echt blöd, wenn man in so einer Situation dann keinen Ansprechpartner hat!
Wenn man einen Termin vor Ort hat, muss man eine Nummer ziehen (was gar kein Problem ist), allerdings wird die Nummer nicht aufgerufen, nie. Man muss immer selbstständig ins Sekretariat gehen und daran erinnern. Die Dame dort ist mehr mit privaten Gesprächen beschäftigt und geht auch gerne mal draußen rauchen. Für mich ist dieser Zustand absolut nicht akzeptabel, weshalb ich mich auch offiziell an das Beschwerdemanagement wenden werde.
