I had an ear surgery , docters and staffs were nice. Surgeon doctor Dr. Ahmed was professional and friendly, also Tania the assistant. The surgery was quick and almost painless, they talked to me to ease my nervous.

But all these nice things came after a four-hour-long waiting.

What a real catastrophe ..I waited 8 months to reach the appointment , when this day came i waited also 5 hours to meet the doctor and the crew was really unkind and impatient .. so shame

Man weiß vorher, dass es hier zu langen Wartezeiten kommen kann (3-4 Std. sind normal), aufgrund der Versorgung von Notfällen oder Stationspatienten.
Ich war insgesamt ca. 2,5 Std. hier und habe mehrere Ärzte gesprochen. Gute Untersuchung u0026 Aufklärung.
Die Kollegin am Empfang hat für die Anzahl an Pat. einfach zu viel zu tun und arbeitet alleine. Zu mir war sie nett!

And like I said... I just wanted to speak to someone to set up an appointment!! Should the responsible doctors and ward staff question themselves whether this philosophy is really the right one for a MEDICAL UNIVERSITY!?!?

It is already clear to me that Corona and the Ukraine war are to blame again! Just ridiculous and absolutely NOT recommended!!

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, aber hier MUSS ich doch einmal etwas dazu sagen! Ich versuche nun seit ÜBER EINER WOCHE während den Sprechzeiten, TÄGLICH, jemanden auf der HNO-Abteilung zu erreichen. Entweder klingelt es minutenlang und die Leitung wird unterbrochen, oder es ist direkt besetzt. Ist ja nur so, dass ich eine Überweisung für eine OP erhalten habe und einen Termin dringend benötige!! Wenn ich könnte, würde ich sogar 0-Sterne vergeben, da ich heute in der Zentrale angerufen habe, um irgendwie, irgendwen auf der HNO Station ans Telefon zu bekommen... und 3x darf geraten werden, was gleich 2x nacheinander passiert ist? GENAU !! Minutenlang gewartet und dann einfach aus der Leitung geworfen, oder so wie es sich anhörte... EINFACH AUFGELEGT!!

Das ist nicht nur eine Frechheit, sondern Inkompetenz in Reinkultur! Respektlos!

Und wie gesagt... ich wollte nur jemanden sprechen für eine Terminvereinbarung !! Sollten sich die Verantwortlichen Ärzte und Stationspersonal mal selbst hinterfragen, ob diese Philosophie wirklich die Richtige ist für eine MEDIZINISCHE HOCHSCHULE !?!?

Klar ist mir jetzt schon, dass wieder Corona und der Ukraine-Krieg daran schuld sind ! Einfach lächerlich und absolut NICHT zu empfehlen !!

Wer sonst keine Hobbies hat oder keine Urlaubstage braucht, der kann sich hier behandeln lassen.
90km Anfahrt und 2,5 Stunden gewartet für ein kurzes Vorgespräch, die Biopsie - laut Ärztin 5-10min - soll wohl separat stattfinden, bitte extra Termin vereinbaren. Mir ist unklar, warum ich dafür heute extra anreisen sollte! Koordination der Termine mit anderen Fachbereichen im Haus? Fehlanzeige!!! Stattdessen reise ich innerhalb von 4 Wochen 4 mal an, um z.B. wie heute nur ein kurzes Aufklärungsgespräch zu führen.
Mache noch die Biopsie, aber egal was rauskommt, die Weiterbehandlung in diesem Haus inkl. Immunologie spare ich mir - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Pontius Pilatus lässt grüßen. Einfach sprachlos

Everything was explained and my additional questions were answered in a friendly and patient manner. The entire team - whether doctors (m / f), nurses from the various shifts or cleaning staff - is extremely friendly, empathetic and helpful. Somehow I have the impression that everyone enjoys their job despite the tense situation.
Some of the doctors (m / f) also work in the polyclinic and I was very satisfied there, as well as with the staff there. At my first appointment at the polyclinic on September 14, 2021, I had to wait four hours, despite the appointment, without anyone giving any information or anything at all. That shouldn't happen. And the friendliness of the lady at the registration can certainly be increased. Ultimately, however, these were just minor details that were more than made up for by the inpatient stay.
My heartfelt thanks again to the whole team at Station 36.

DieserTeil der Bewertung betrifft meinen stationären Aufenthalt vom 2. bis 6. Dezember 2021 (also nicht die Poliklinik). Die medizinische Betreuung vor und nach der Operation war einwandfrei. Es wurde alles erklärt und auch meine zusätzlichen Fragen wurden freundlich und geduldig beantwortet. Das gesamte Team - egal ob Ärzte (m/w), Pflegekräfte der verschiedenen Dienstschichten oder Reinigungskraft - ist ausgesprochen freundlich, empathisch und hilfsbereit. Irgendwie habe ich den Eindruck, dass alle trotz der angespannten Situation ihren Job gern machen.
Die Ärzte (m/w) sind zum Teil ja auch in der Poliklinik tätig und auch schon dort war ich diesbezüglich sehr zufrieden, ebenso wie mit den dortigen Mitarbeiterinnen. Bei meinem ersten Termin in der Poliklinik am 14. September 2021musste ich trotz Termin vier Stunden warten, ohne dass zwischendurch mal jemand eine Info gegeben hätte oder überhaupt irgendetwas passierte. So etwas sollte nicht vorkommen. Und auch die Freundlichkeit der Dame in der Anmeldung ist sicher noch steigerungsfähig. Letztendlich waren das aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die durch den stationären Aufenthalt mehr als wett gemacht wurden.
An das ganze Team der Station 36 nochmals meinen herzlichen Dank.
