We knew it's going to be very hot weather, when we passed Hannover, so out criteria for booking hotel was very simple. AC in the room and access på pool.
They did live up to both those demands and so much more.
Rooms was very nice, fresh and clean. Restaurant served excellent food and the social area around the pool was very nicely done.
Ample parking, both on ground level and underground garage. Not free parking but reasonable priced and just next to the hotel is not always default with bigger city hotels.

the hotel has very clean rooms and is cleaned very well. the breakfast was also good, but could be a bit more extensive. for the rest I had to exchange rooms 3 times and my fellow travel companions also 2 times. one time the air conditioning was broken, then something else was not right and so on. also when checking out things were said that we had to pay when we had already paid. service wise it was pretty good, but having to move all the time is super annoying on vacation. the swimming pool very cold. there are super few cot so you can never sit at the pool. there is little choice of dinner and not very great either. staff do not understand you three quarters of the time and also not in German. the houskeeping is good and nice.

Acceptable for one night but do not book just beacuse of the pool as we did- it is freezing!! My kids did not want to go in so big disappointment there after an entire day of driving. The room was clean though and had everything we needed.

Booked this specific hotel because it has swimming pool - my daughter loves it. Unfortunately, when we checked in we were inforemed that swimming pool area won't be accessible - it was rented out for a party. My daughter was very upset! On the good side - breakast was good - as always.

The room was nice, but nothing spectacular. Parking is €14 per night. Staff is not very helpful.

Bedbugs again. Whilst the staff were very helpful in moving me, live bugs in 417 and dead bugs and blood spots on the mattress topper in 308 meant a midnight change of hotel. It's a great location, I really hope they fumigate and replace the mattresses and toppers soon. Until they do I will be staying elsewhere.

Very clean and nice. The restaurant was closed because of a wedding party at the night we visit the hotel.
