We needed to wait about 40 minutes before we could enjoy our stay.
Check in desk in Ibis wasn't working, we were asked to wait for 5 minutes. Than after 35 minutes we just went to the Mercury's front desk, where at the beginning they said that there is no available rooms, and they couldn't find our booking. Only when I show them the reservation confirmation they found it. Tbh I love checkin process more in Bu0026B Hotels. You just arrive and use your room. Without experiencing such mess in organisation
