We needed to wait about 40 minutes before we could enjoy our stay.

Check in desk in Ibis wasn't working, we were asked to wait for 5 minutes. Than after 35 minutes we just went to the Mercury's front desk, where at the beginning they said that there is no available rooms, and they couldn't find our booking. Only when I show them the reservation confirmation they found it. Tbh I love checkin process more in Bu0026B Hotels. You just arrive and use your room. Without experiencing such mess in organisation

The hotel is ok, clean, with nice rooms and good service, the breakfast is also good but can have more vegan option. Not in city center, 40 min walk+tram drive.

My experience trying to book a room over the phone was enough for me to not choose this hotel.
The receptionist kept speaking, not letting me get to ask what I actually wanted.
I tried asking for availability u0026 price but got a lot of unnecessary information.
It was like calling a scammer.

Affordable price, good breakfast, room with air conditioner and friendly staff. Would definitely come back!

Clean but small, had use bar, restaurant and pool in the hotel next door. No coffee or tea in room.

It’s an IBIS hotel in an suburb. It’s not bad, it’s not good. For 50 odd euros you get a clean room, a semi comfortable bed, a adequate shower and good WiFi. You don’t stay here for fun though. Good running options in the direct neighborhood and an academic hospital next door in case you trip… free street parking or paid parking on the hotel forecourt.
