There is no separate washroom and it’s overrated as well

The room was clean and the beds were big and very comfortable. However, there was a little bit of mold in our room and we only had two small windows that could not be fully opened. There was supposed to be free water in the fridge, but there wasn't.
The bathrooms were okay, but the kitchen was very unclean.
The personnel was nice and helped us in retrieving a lost item.

We stayed here when we went to see Die Antwoord live at Hamburg sporthalle, it is very well priced and has plenty of bathroom facilities for a guest house! The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and tidy and the room was good for the low price we paid for the night. Very close to stadtpark which is a must on a sunny day!

Friends of mine came to Hamburg to visit me and chose this pension specifically because it is claimed to be barrier free and wheelchair friendly. It isn't. Unfriendly staff member who was reluctant to being the elevator down to the street level because he was on a lunch break. Rooms are beyond basic, toilet and wash facilities impossible to navigate and shower was full of public hair.

For the price it was a great nights stay. clean room plenty of showers and toilets and right next to Stadtpark which is definitely the best park I've ever been in, beautiful and peaceful.
