It's a pretty nice place to say when you're not looking for hotel like accommodation. Kitchen and Smart TV . The bed was nice too and good bathroom with nice shower. I liked the lightning concept in the room aswel. Staff was very friendly. Bonus for me was the gym on ground level

This is a fabulous apartment, really clean, comfy. Very friendly supportive staff. sometimes they were under-staff, so the reception counter staff doubles up as "Bartender" also, tough on busy days.
Stayed there for almost 5 - 6 months exactly a year ago since.
Lovely people, felt like a Home away from Home. Every effort was made to support the guests as soon as possible if needed.
Thanks to the great HouseKeeper Mr Marcel for the wonderful leadership and effort and follow up to ensure our comfort in the clean, well stocked room.
Recalled last year, the hotel pickup service was not so smooth, but i guess it was shared with Holiday Inn nearby. This service does not run anymore as it is a short taxi drive to hotel/HH airport. I like it that its a short train ride to HH airport also, quite ok to pull your luggage along the pavement as it's all lighted up and properly built pathway now.

Oh yes, also, i love the Very Kind Breakfast Team too, efficient, helpful. Always lovely to see cheerful team at breakfast.
Wish there are variety in breakfast (about 10 euros buffet, great value!) alternate days to be different if possible? and perhaps next time I visit, i hope you have some evening complimentary snack sessions like in some American styled family hotels. Though for now, i last recall there are some yummy gummies and drinks at the recep area.
The long term stay room rates is worth the value and service.
They have a good space gym. Location is alittle walk to the Train, but safe walk. yes you may have to walk to Holiday Inn for a real meal or a 8 mins - 10 mins walk to nearby supermarket/cafes/bakery.
I really want to express my thanks and appreciation to my4walls family - especially Janina, Marcel, Alena, Jan, Kimberly, Robert, Yvonne, Amiri, the Breakfast team and afew others (sorry i forgot all the names... after some time). You have contributed a fond memories of my most wonderful trip and memorable stay with nice view@809. Hope to visit soon again post Covid19.

This is the perfect place to stay, especially for multiple days. It is modern and clean apartment style Hotel with kitchen. Wake up and make your own breakfast or go to the lobby and enjoy the breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Stay here, home away from home, and explore wonderful Hamburg. Get the Hamburg Card and all transit fares are prepaid and attractions are discounted. Buses and trains are in walking distance. The airport is close by, very convenient.

Extremely helpful staff!! The apartments are clean and spacious. They come with everything you need for a long or short stay. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Hamburg. A special shout out for Eduardo, he made all the difference with his help and information. The location is great. I enjoyed walking around the area and it was close enough to airport and down town Hamburg. The area is safe also.

I have never been treated worse. I was checked in to my room and half an hour later the receptionist realised I was Swedish. Just because I'm Swedish doesn't mean I'm the grim reaper. I had quarantined for 14 days before travelling through Germany on my way back to England, but that didn't seem to matter. I was told I had to leave or they would call the police. Kind of ironic as the receptionist had checked me in and I had already put all my belongings in my room, I had used the bathroom and the fridge. He then told me I had to leave. It was 10pm, I had nowhere to go and as a single woman it seems pretty irresponsible to tell me I had to find somewhere to sleep in my car or he would call the police and I would sleep in a cell. I had checked both governments' websites prior to my journey and they both said that any EU national was allowed to travel back to where they lived. I had to find a forest outside Hamburg where I could stay in my car until I was awake enough to move on. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep. I drove from 4.30am until 3pm when I reached Gent (I had to stop and have naps on the way as I had got no sleep) and checked in to the most wonderful place where there was no threats of calling the police. I am shocked that a EU citizen should be treated this way.

Super! The employers where all very nice, the breakfast buffet was so good and the Room was clean and very modern.

Place and Hospitality is great beyond i was expected. But they charged me 30 euro for 1 hour late checkout.. It was harsh yet i stayed there for like 12 Days. But they dont even considered anything and charged the money. If was informed before may be i will be out at time.
