Untrained staff and terrible service. Think twice before booking: we are a group of 6 and stayed three nights in the executive room, here are our experience:
- staff/other guest entered the room two times while guest is sleeping
- receptionist shouted and screamed, getting defensive, when we made complaints above situation. She also hang up the phone and did not want to offer solutions.
- not helpful with anything: charging the car, servicing drinks, did not inform you can get two drinks with one voucher
- did not give the drink vouchers to the room.
- housekeeping threw away expensive skin care products
- rooms can not be locked from inside, nor the bathroom
