Very nice place to stay. We spent 3 nights with our two children in the hotel and had a wonderful time. Great service, friendly people, beautiful room. The nearby Stadtpark is a green oase with big playgrounds. For visiting the city center there are different connections by metro.

Wonderful hotel that shows they care about you by giving you small notes and little things that shows the care :) The children love it and say it's the best hotel in the world! I would agree it's very comfy and relaxing. Would love to go agian!

Untrained staff and terrible service. Think twice before booking: we are a group of 6 and stayed three nights in the executive room, here are our experience:
- staff/other guest entered the room two times while guest is sleeping
- receptionist shouted and screamed, getting defensive, when we made complaints above situation. She also hang up the phone and did not want to offer solutions.
- not helpful with anything: charging the car, servicing drinks, did not inform you can get two drinks with one voucher
- did not give the drink vouchers to the room.
- housekeeping threw away expensive skin care products
- rooms can not be locked from inside, nor the bathroom

Great place to stay. Make sure you include the breakfast with your reservation. Also, be careful with the numerous speed traps in the area.

Everything was great with the hotel! Friendly staff but bot all of them speak Englisk. The room was cozy and clean. Breakfast eas overprised and quite simole. 20€ per person.

Really nice comfortable room, enormous bed, good bathroom, large tv.
Restaurant for breakfast is well organised with a lot to choose from, evening meal very nice

Good price quality ratio altough the executive room we booked was rather small (the building has a cone shape and our bedroom was right in the edge, so quite a lot of lost space. The hotel is located in the outskirts of Hamburg, so you either need to take a car or public transport (after some walking) to get to the city centre. We were travelling to Kiel afterwards, so from this perspective the location was perfect for us. The breakfast / dining is a pure chaos. The staff is not efficiently organized, which creates long queues (better show up early if you want to have your breakfast). Small portions in comparison with the price.
