I had a very positive experience in this hotel. I liked their subtle aesthetic, neat and positive atmosphere. They have not hyped anything, their pricing is reasonable , friendly ladies at reception. Definitely recommend especially business conference, meet up, training session in reasonable price.

I would absolutely stay here again. Great staff, clean rooms, very quiet. We had a problem with Booking.com and when we arrived they did not have our reservation. Sofia is the BEST. She found a room at Leonardo Nord when the one we were at in Langenhorn was full. She was so kind which we needed after a long hard day of travel. Sofia deserves a raise and promotion!!!

Friendly staff and overall a clean hotel. Depending on your business, location a bit far out without any restaurants in closer distance. Rooms are a bit old fashioned - especially the bathroom. Wide choice of foods for breakfast and a nice little fitness/sauna area on 4th floor. The Störtebeker bar invites for a quick bite and some drinks.

Despite the rather unspectacular appearance from the outside, the Leonardo Hotel is a descent business stay for overnight. It has clean and tidy rooms and offers a very tasty breakfast.

As frequent traveler I instantly feel at home. Professional team, clean spacy rooms. All facilities at site.

Frau Buse at the reception was extremely professional and helpful. Isabelle as well.

The hotel is clean and good value for the price. The location is vey nice near the park. Breakfast is simple but solid and recommended for 10 eur.

We even received a room to do a business conference call.

The minus is the ground floor restaurant staff (won't share name). Beyond rude. Avoid if you want to keep your good mood.

The reception was not friendly.
The lady at the reception gave us such an unfriendly welcome that we felt undesirable.
I asked for a quiet room as I cannot fall asleep when it is noisy.
She said "the hotel is full", which of course wasn't true.
But just as the lady was dismissive, which makes it clear that she is not giving us a quiet room.
We got a room directly above the gas station.
The room was next to a busy street and since the windows had hardly any noise protection I had to listen to the street noise all night.
Since my daughter fell asleep, we couldn't change rooms.
The shower was also broken.
So no one took care of the room for a long time.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this unfriendly hotel.
There are better hotels in this class in Hamburg.
