Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Bedsheets were clean. Breakfast was good. Spider webs in the room were not good. Stains on the chair seat were not good. The fact that there were only very few TV channels avilable , all only in German was not good.Cigarette butts on the roof just outside the toilet window were worse. The stench of cigarettes in the toilet was the worst. I am not comparing value for money as I stayed there courtesy of Lufthansa, who kindly cancelled my flight and offered me the lodging. The hotel restaurant only serves breakfast. The hotel bar seen in some of the photos is not operational anymore. The area is not the best to wander in the late evening, but proximity of a train station is useful if one needs to buy a sandwich, some drinking water, toothpaste, etc.

The value for the money is ok, but the cigarettes smell in the room and specially in the bathroom is disgusting!!! Looks like they smoke in the bathroom for years and now stop but the smell is still here and it will be stay the same unless they will do the redesign with all the new design and materials. Even cheap hostels smell better!

Basic stay with all the amenities needed for a night stay in Frankfurt. The parking was €15, which we were not aware of. The breakfast was pretty basic, but enough to get the day started.

It’s located at few steps to central station, which is the only good point, if you don’t mind the neighborhood.

For being a 3 stars hotel it’s kind of dirty and the staff is a bit rude. For a 1-night-on a hurry hotel works well

Good location if you want to stay near to the Frankfurt hauptbahnhof (Main Trainstation). The staff is OK,not too friendly. Rate is super cheap consider the room quality and location

Close to the main train station which was almost the only plus for us.
The rooms we got were old and falling apart (torn wallpaper and holes in the wall in one of the rooms). We were promised that someone was going to check the AC, but that never happened and we were told by the night manager that it's been broken for sometime and that the previous personnel should have informed us especially that we had to change from a relatively newer and fresher hotel to this one because the first hotel had problems with the AC.
The morning manager promised to contact us, but we're still waiting.
A total disappointment.

the fridge didn't work and was unhygienic. on the website it says that there is air conditioning, but that is not true and they know it well. The staff were nice, but won't be coming here again.
