This hotel is a 5 star! I have been to many hotels around the world and I can definitely rate them based on stars.
1. Great location - next to Central Station, much safer area than rest of the hotels. 3 min walk to the station.
2. Exterior and interior. Just outstanding and clean in and out. Lobby is open design and the staff knows English.
3. Whoever designed the rooms, did a great job! Brand’s name in everything, including towels. Beautiful and fresh, clean and desirable bathroom and tub.
4. Accommodations- although check in time is 4pm, you can leave your baggage at the receptionist and come back.
I stayed in Frankfurt 3 nights and had to check 3 different hotels and so far I so regret that I couldn’t find this one first.

The hotel is located next to the station, which is very convenient if you want to travel by train or by bus. The room was lovely - had everything one may need on a leisure or business trip. Clean, comfortable, quiet, with AC.

Great value! Totally enjoyed my stay and will come back next time I am in Frankfurt. Excellent location. The room was small (good for me as a petit person) and cozy, well designed and decorated. I found just everything I needed: hair dryer, water boiler, mini fridge, dark curtain, adjustable bed lamp... The included breakfast was simple but nutritious and fresh. Staff was friendly. Check out was at 10am, but extendable with money.

Japanese style hotel close to Frankfurt main station. Room is small but clean. Shabu is nice and reasonable price. Breakfast is good combination between Japanese style and western style. Staff are nice too.

The hotel is okay for the price. Expect long waiting lines for the checkin. Self check in is not possible.
The rooms are small and the bed was hard.
There are weird rules to follow like taking a shower with closed doors but for the price it was okay.
Breakfast starts at 6:30, for a business hotel this is late.

There was no soap in the bathroom in our room. We asked for it many times from the staffs but nobody cares (even the reception didn't answer our phones). The hair drier doesn't work. The spoons and forks were not clean. In a nutshell, it was the most awful hotel I've ever stayed. It was even worse than the hostels and some of the camping places.

About this hotel, only location. The rooms were very small, before going to bath need to switch on the exhaust if forgotten then fire alarm may start. Breakfast was good
