Great location near the Frankfurt train station.
I was looking for my bus and the a guy from Flixbus staff helped me and gave me all info, he was very professional.
I found very helpful on board the possibile to recharge my mobile, connectcwith Flixbus internet as my roaming doesn't work and also listen some music.
The seats are comfortable and my Seat Is near the windows so i can enjoy the view.

Service good, many Flixbus staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

But
Big big minus - no toilet.

Also, no rain shelter.
When I got there it was about +34 C and no shadow place… super hot.

Taking the bus was the worst experience of my life. Took 9hrs from Frankfurt to Munich. Spare yourself the trouble and take the train for an extra 15€ and make it in under 4hrs. The bus was filled whith mentally ill ppl. Smelly and disrespectful passengers.

The bus stop is usual. It has more than 10 platforms for buses. I found the stuffs helpful and friendly. Feel free to ask them if you don't find your bus/platfotm.

Very comfortable and reasonably price of tickets. The staff and service are very professional and authentic. You will love if take Frankfurt to Holland bus.

Terrible place. There is a bus station, but there is no toilet, no lockers, no waiting room. The station is dirty. The urns are full. Where is the administration of the city of Frankfurt looking?

Good but I didn't see any display where bus Terminals are mentioned

Update: there is a Display board near terminal 2 or 3.
