AC doesn't work. Safety room lock doesn't work. Room layout is not comfortable. Queen bed tiny. Some rooms require heavy lifting without a lift. Breakfast time begins ridiculously late on a Monday. Booked breakfast, but they didn't manage to offer breakfast. Minibar has no bottle opener. Water kettle but no tea or coffee unless asked. Matress terribly soft. No room safe. Terrible neighborhood, noisy.

Good location, close to the train station. Small bedrooms with paper thin walls, so expect to hear your neighbours when they go to sleep or take a shower. Surprisingly good breakfast: variety and good quality, not what you expect from a cheap hotel

I guess you get what you pay for. Good spot, 5 minutes from the main station. Breakfast was also good for the value a lot of choices of bread, fruit, museli etc. Single rooms are also very good. Enough space to move about and for storage of items. Would definitely stay again if needed!

I stayed there for one night. The room has a unique historical design and drawings. It let you feel you have spent a night in different Century. People are friendly. Breakfast is normal. It is also well located

Small rooms, loud location from traffic, and lots of people from the bus station. The shower was broken, lights in the bathroom didn't work. And the floor was sinking/ sagging in some places. Lastly the door is very flimsy, and only secured by a small lock.

I booked this hotel for 1 night. When I checked in, reception offer me to upgrade room. They have 2 building, 1 metro boutique hotel, others metro hotel. So they give me a room @ metro boutique hotel. Don't know which one is cheaper.
When I entered the room, I don't like the concept of room design. Too Classic Old design. All stuff inside room is old, including TV. Tends to be creepy. So, I ask the reception to change my room to metro hotel. Metro hotel has a modern design concept room. But, I need more effort to go to my room, because metro hotel doesn't have elevator.
The reception staff is very friendly and helpfull.
Thanx

Good:
Super close to the Frankfurt main station. Walkable 400 mts.
Good for short transit stays.
Fast food joint on the same street; you can even walk to the station to get food from the food court there.
Outdoor seating available for having food.
Staff was ok.
Flixbus stops are nearby.
Room and bead comfortable compared to prices.
Modern room, old building.

Not so nice:
Rooms aren’t sound proof, and if you are close the staircase, you can hear people struggling to carry their luggage upstairs.(yes no lifts as well)
Breakfast was cheap, priced at 5 Euro, worth it.
The street gets a bit shady in the night.
No locker provided in the room.
