Many of the other reviews here are inaccurate. The check in is easy if you follow the instructions given to you when you book. We were led in by an exceptionally friendly guy, who made us feel welcome.

The rooms are spacious and clean, have plenty of storage, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. There is plenty of space to eat in the kitchen, and utensils are provided to you.

Bathroom is fine, water warm and for the price it isn't with too many people.

Just a short walk away from all the Christmas markets. This room made our cheap but romantic getaway a pleasure.

It's has a great location from the central station and the bus stops/station. The place is not quite near from the city center but it will do! If you read some of the reviews saying "It's not really a hotel." they are not lying. The good thing about this place is what you see in the picture is what you get which is not that bad right? One more thing. They don't have any reception. About an hour before your check in, someone will can your sure expected time of arrival so that keys will be handed to you. With this matter, I think you'll need patience if your not patient but once you have the keys, everything goes well. This is base on my experience, I hope you'll have a pleasant stay here!

You get what you pay for! Very basic room with reasonably comfy bed and lots of space. Had to email with my estimated arrival time so someone could check me in. I was 45 mins late due to a train and the person checking me in was (understandably) annoyed at my lateness but so was I - not the welcome one would like! Not the nicest of areas. Felt safe inside but a lot of shifty looking characters around outside. Also no tea or coffee provided for guests, I feel this would add a little something.

The apartments were closely located near the train station. For check-in, you have to make sure you email the owner the exact time you'll be arriving. He shows up in a gray car to do the key hand-off. The door is located right next to a restaurant, and there's a small sign to the upper right side of the door. Unfortunately it's not too big, so you might miss it. It would be nicer if there was an easier way to check-in, or if the sign was bigger, as it's easy to miss. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The beds are so uncomfy, the matresses are poor quality and thin, and also 140 cm for two people..and also the pillow is inexistent. So i dont mind about sharing the only bathroom for 3 chambers (2 for 2 people and 1 for 1) but when you dont have the essentials is not a good thing.

Very poor. We had a booking from 27th Nov till 2nd December 2018. All charges paid beforehand but when we arrive around 8am on 28th November, at the place its horrible - - no reception, nobody to give any information. We cannot even enter the property. When contacted the owner said he can only come around 2 pm. Doesn't have lift. Big cheater. Not recommended at all. Please avoid at all cost

Within walkable distance from Hbf and very lively . There is a tram stop next to the building. PS: there is no lift to climb on 3 red floor because it's like Airbnb , rooms in an apartment is being rented
