An aesthetically pleasing and clean hotel with a very central location and friendly staff. Although the area around the central station lives up to the rumours, one felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel, especially considering that the windows are entirely sound proof.

A neat and budget-friendly choice for travelling.

Very impressed - hotel smells fresh and rooms are excellently laid out, comfy beds and very quiet (rear facing room on 7th floor). Breakfast plentiful and the staff very friendly. Directly across from the hotel is a side entrance to the main station which avoids the many homeless around the station area.

Will definitely return.

After changing 3 trains and going through train delays 3 times, I had missed my train and had to stay a night in Frankfurt. I was super tired. My day was not going well at all. The best part of my day was staying in this hotel. Everything worked perfectly, super fast check in, super fast check out, wonderful room, everything in the hotel is optimized for great user experience. ????????????

Super stylish but welcoming hotel conveniently near Frankfurt Central Station.Room was spacious and clean but showers were a little cramped. Breakfast was buffet with different cold cuts, sausages, cheese, eggs, breads, cereal and fruits.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating with no English issues.
Would use again for trips into Frankfurt.

Staff with fairly OK service, however we were made to wait for 20minutes at the front desk to get our room ( and it was passed the 3pm check in time). Room were so small, akin to Atlantic trawler boat bunks, and dirty/dusty. Two grown adults could hardly move in the room without stepping onto the bed. No kettle and the fridge was hardly cold. Pillows were worse than the cheapest IKEA ones and gives you a stiff neck the next morning. Being next to the train station, you get the usual flair of dodgy looking people around the hotel area.

Got a room last minute because of flight delays and it was clean and comfortable. Location is super convenient but also isn't a particularly safe area. The best thing is that the building is soundproof.

This is a crisp, clean hotel for business travelers. The hotel is relatively new. The breakfast is good with a decent spread. If I have to be picky, I don't like the water mixer taps for the basin - getting the temperature right is relatively simple, but wastes water and you might want to do it multiple times to avoid wasting water. I love the compactness and neatness of the hotel. Unfortunately the HBf surroundings are getting worse over the years.
