Very old hotel and quite run-down. Definitely not 4 stars hotel quality and the pictures on their ads doesn't really represent the actual room/building. The receptionist made a mistake on our room that was already occupied (which is fine: People makes mistake), the bathroom is very old and the room was very hot (no AC which is quite common but good to consider if you want to stay in summer). Overall I was quite disappointed but at least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I personally won't come back.

I've stayed in this hotel many times on business, and when I was checking in on my last visit, I asked if I could upgrade to a double because my girlfriend wanted to visit me. The receptionist said, being an old customer, I'll give you a free upgrade. It was a beautiful suite that really impressed my girlfriend. How could I not give them 5 stars?

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff members mixed up my room and made us wait in the hallways for half an hour to only make us walk around the hotel because the staff member could not find the room!

The room itself was awful as well. Dirty bathroom as the tub and sinks were not cleaned. I had hopes because I did not find any bedbugs but roaches showed up later through out the night.

The only redeeming point this hotel has to offer is the breakfast. It’s decent. Other than that this hotel is not worth it’s price. Lastly, there is a club next door so if you plan to sleep in your room I suggest you bring headphones

Positive: Location was perfect for the city. Negative: Free minibar needs to be advertised appropriately for it gives indication of free alcohol but in truths it's free water. I would also try to have housekeeping staff understand not everyone checks out at the same time, knock before entering a room.

Affordable, clean, secure, centrally located apartment. Had all that was needed for a quick visit to Frankfurt. Recommended.

Place seems ok. Staff members are good and cooperative. I would recommend this place. It would have been great, if a electric kettle for making your own tea, heating water etc, had been kept in each room.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The hotel is literally in front of the train station so super practical when you’re coming by train like us.
The room and bathroom were spacious, bright and clean, with high ceiling, and the staff was friendly.
Looking forward to coming back !
