Zero stars Eurolines and Touring has stollen our money. The day before departure our round trip in France was cancelled. We got the information by email and have got no positive response or money in return since then. This was more than a month ago

Pessim fake company!, I booked a ticket from Frankfurt to Cologne Airport, I waited for hours at the bus stop mainheimer str. bereich B and the bus didn't come! I tried to call their service center many times but nobody pick up the phone or somtime cut the line deliberately. Now I lost my flight and hotel bookings! They should compensate my Loss!????????????????????

The worst service I have ever encountered. A friend and I exited the bus with the other passengers to do a passport check on the border of France. The driver drove off without us and was just about to board the train with the bus. The nice staff at border control rushed us to our bus and when we met the driver, she just looked at us. We were understandably frustrated and panicked by the situation and when we tried to communicate with her, nothing came back. She closed the doors and just drove off.

The buses are extremely uncomfortable and the air-conditioning is almost non existent. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

On my ticket to bosna was the bus number that i was waiting and looking for , if i didnt talked to the bus driver wich had a total differnet number on his bus as on my ticket i would still wait for my ride. The driver tlld me "yeah this is that bus we just chabged the numbers" . Service good but the organisation is a big mistake

I had the tickets on my mobile phone but the bus driver asked me to print them on paper... that was not written on the ticket. After I went to their office they tell me we print it for 4 Euro!! When I ask why I should print it, they say because the driver does not have a scanner!!! Still if he does not have a scanner, why does he want to see it on paper? Are we in stone age?!!!

Eurolines is horrible! Avoid this shittest bus service ever.. we bought tickets and the bus never showed up. They left us stranded on the streets of Frankfurt from 12am to 4am. Flixbus came to our rescue. Though the ticket price was high due to last minute booking but their service fantastic till today. Eurolines is extremely unprofessional and have no respect for tourist. They do not have 24/7 customer service number nor a warm waiting area for their traveller. Eurolines customer service takes two weeks to reply to your complaint email. Pathetic service!!
