Spacious rooms, not too fancy, but well equipped, HVAC is great. Next the Bahnhof. Nice receptionists. Maybe not the best place for families though because of the surrounding area.
In nutshell, good value for the money.

Service seems very unprofessional. Read your contract before taking the room. They speak to guest in with 0 customer service training

The hotel violates its stated policy regarding cancellation, and refused to give a refund for a booking that was cancelled before the time limit (6PM on the day of arrival). Unprofessional and not trustworthy. Avoid.

Budget hotel and near to Central railway station. Easy access.

Great place to stay. I arrived early and was offered to check-in early (no additional fees). Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was awesome, great choice of meals.
The room was spacious and clean.
The only weird thing - city tax (or whatever tax) could only be paid by cash, while anything else could be paid with card.

I was only for two nights here. Hotel is across the main station. So easy to get to the airport. The price for the room is good. Staff is friendly and response very fast if you need something. Breakfast is good. A lot to choose from. I gave one star less as you have to pay in advance. I prefer to pay when I'm checking out. Overall, if you don't need a fancy room in a fancy area then this hotel is a very good choice.
