Very clean hotel with friendly staff and included breakfast service. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with fans in the room for warm summer nights (no AC on-site). The breakfast service has a selection of cold cuts, cereals, morning cakes, and fruits. The location is very central, but is next door to a safe injection site. As such, there are often times addicts openly wandering the streets nearby and consuming drugs. I want to emphasize this not something that the hotel is responsible for, but worth taking note of when deciding to book this location.

Simple but clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money at only 50 euros a night. Super comfy bed, was upgraded to a nice sized single en suite room. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am continental style, tasty with a good amount of choice. Very close to the Hauptbanhopf (Central Station) although the only downside is that there are a lot of undesirable types hanging around in the area which can make you feel a bit unsafe. Overall I would stay again.

The location that the hotel chose is awful for the area(drugs dealing and open injecting on the street), not recommend for solo traveler or family with kids. The insulation of sound from outside or between rooms could be nicer even they offer earplug for you. However the hotel itself is pretty clean and good, with reasonable price and chill breakfast, the staff is nice too! Overall, if you just need a clean, conveniente and cheap place to stay without thinking much, could be an option for you!

I thought long and hard about this rating. But something needs to be done. The 5 star review from a month ago is spot on. The rooms are spacious and the beds magnificent. The bad news: no coffee. The advertised breakfast is still cancelled because of COVID/staffing. Reception is not staffed in the morning, so even maintaining a coffee service is not possible. The elevator failed and was not available for almost a day. The level of support from a service provider is a function of cost. Given this hotel goes up to the 6th floor, I would recommend the elevator service provider get paid for the highest level of service. In addition, in retrospect, I realize that the electronics in the elevator were degraded in advance of the total failure. I suspect the lack of staffing made it more difficult to detect this problem. It is Once Adler gets it together after the pandemic, I'm sure it will return to its 5 star glory.

A nice clean place, located in the city center. Big variety of restaurants/bars and the Main within very close walking distance. I always prefer staying there, during my visits in Frankfurt!

The hotel is great, staff is helpful. Breakfast is more than enogh. The area is awful :( Not the hotels fault, but very uncomfortable as a turist.
