Very cosy, very clean and modern hotel. It’s very nicely decorated. The showers are amazing! However it has only a 3 in 1 shower gel that does face, hair and body so maybe pack your own toiletries (especially as a woman). The rooms are fairly sound proof ????. Breakfast was from 6-11 and it had a wide selection with tea, coffee and juices. Housekeeping team were quite friendly. The only thing is the location. I didn’t feel very comfortable walking to the hotel in the day time or the night time. Luckily the main door can only be opened with a key card after a certain time which made me feel quite safe because there was literally strange people everywhere on that street. Other than that totally enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!

My husband and I stayed for 12 nights, the hotel location is very convenient from the train station and the proximity to the city central. The hotel is very clean no wash cloth but there is a Rewe a convenient store next street over, beer is cheap good hot foods and delicious pastries.
Breakfast is excellent. Easy checked in with " EZ" the night attendant he is very friendly. He had all the answers to every questions we had. The way to this hotel is very sketchy day or night, but hotel has no control with situation.

The hotel is nice overall and there’s not much to complain about in this regard, unless you’re picky and need specific types of shampoos in the shower by default and whatnot. In that case pack your own traveling toiletries.
The service is nice, one of the receptionists (male) might sound a bit unfriendly and cold but I guess it’s just his personal style because he was helpful and efficient despite the way he carried himself so I was happy in this regard overall. The lady with shorter hair and blonde was very friendly and smiling with a warm and helpful demeanour. The restaurant area is pretty cool, on a self-service concept and it’s very seamless and nice for having breakfast, with helpful staff. One downside about the restaurant is that it doesn’t have a visible bin throughout the room, I was endlessly looking for one and it got frustrating at some point, but overall I’m happy, hopefully they’ll improve based on this feedback. P.S. there’s no access to tea and coffee after 11.

The reason why I give it a 4 star is mostly cause of the area full of things that you only see in movies or Bronx/NY . Half-way unconscious homeless needling themselves in the broad daylight, some of them vomiting their guts out or leaning with their face against the wall cause their trip went way past their psychological limits. Some of them might also try to approach you verbally with a “hey bro”, just move on and act like you didn’t hear it, they won’t insist.

Even though the hotel itself is ok, there were two factors that were a deal breaker for me. 1: the neighborhood is totally horrible and I didn't feel safe entering or leaving the hotel at any time of the day. 2: Left my Kindle there and 10min after doing my check out they said that they didn't find it. Not coming back any time soon.

we hated our stay in this hotel. Thinking it's better to stay near red light district we opted to stay here.
The rooms were clean but had no health products, the staff was unfriendly and rude, internet was super slow, no business center to work, neighborhood was terrible and scary, no access to tea or coffee or water past breakfast time.
Could not wait to get out of this place fast enough.

If you ask me room are clean, evything else is just terible! There are air conditioning problem it’s really noisy, you can’t sleep actually,I think staff should check this kind of stuff, business you can forget here, thank God i left my kids in München…
Neighborhood is terrible, junkies everywhere really dangerous places to come, maybe with security come inside and go outside, only safe option is to come here with cab and go awah with cab! Neighborhood is so bad hotel should not be there-and if should be like 10 € pro nights! Staff was really nice but what can I say that’s only nice think you have there!
I will never come here again!

Very nice hotel , beautiful design and cosy room , the staff at the reception was friendly . Everything is great except the area, I was a little bit afraid when I was walking with my kid searching the hotel , a lot of toxicomanes and weird girls , but it's close to the train station Frankfurt HBF. Anyway inside the hotel all is good ???? I'm waiting to taste the breakfast tomorrow
