A top choice for a stress-free stay 4min near the train station.
Generous breakfast buffet offering, super clean room and surprisingly quiet.
Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

It was okay for this cheap price. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) in a very bad neighborhood. Not recommended if you're disturbed by junkies, homeless people and gangstas on the street outside your window. Otherwise the room was fine (nothing special) and the hotel staff was kind and helpful.

I had a great experience here! The staff were very friendly and warm. The room was near and week kept and the breakfast was good. Overall for the price and it's central location I shirts recommend Hotel Carlton! Danke Schön!

Rooms are dirty with a bad smell. There were blood stains on the towel they gave me. Neighborhood is probably more disgusting than the hotel. If you consider booking here, please don't. My first night here probably gonna switch hotels tomorrow.

I booked a room with other friends and we need a change in our book. They don't answer our questions by mail. Don't even interested in changing the day or offering any options. Finally they cancelled our book without our permission and we are now in the street. Worst hotel service ever. Don't recommend booking or staying in this place.

The attention was terrible. I tried to make my check in but the recepcionist took me out of the lobby he take my phone to check the reservation and then took my passport and said it was fake. I ask him to return them me back but he didn't want to and need to took them from him qnd started to scream and pointing at me. I need go away from the place and wait for the manager. I don't know if this was a case of discrimination but the manager didn't give me an explanation and I don't receive a proper apologize from the manager nor from the recepcionist.

He ruined my day at Frankfurt because I was scared the rest of the day.

The room are decent to sleep the employees even the manager barely speaks english. I don't recommend the zone for families. The hotel is cheap but you can get a better place for €10-20 per day in a better area

I was in Frankfurt to catch a flight and chose this hotel because it was so close to the Hauptbahnhof and other reviews mentioned the "great location". I have to disagree. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely uncomfortable in this area. It is right next to the red light district (which I did not know prior to booking). The hotel is outdated and has no sound insulation. The staff are very friendly, but the location of the hotel is not safe at all.
