I am an expat and I have never encountered such rude behavior. I have lived now in the Frankfurt area for more them 16 years but the level of rude attention, over the phone, then Dr. Köhler is beyond pale. The older lady in the laboratory was so kind.I am wondering if was just today or is this a constant?
Maybe better to get another endocrinologist.

Great practice and very friendly staff! The interior design is very modern, and the doctor took his time in his consultation!

Doctors are great and you can do the blood tests and results directly in the office every week if needed. But what I am very concerned about is the time spent to try to reach someone on the phone or even by email or by there termin form on their website. It is not the first time I am waiting for an appointment or even only for a call with my doctor and this time i am waiting since 1 month a call or an appointment date with my doctor there only to settle an à operation date … clearly urgent but still no answer. The organization of the reception should be reorganised as soon as possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Santen since 2015. He is a competent doctor who puts patients first. He takes his patients seriously. I can’t be thankful enough that I have him as my doctor for my journey dealing with hyperthyroidism. Everyone in the lab are always very friendly and caring, too. It is difficult to get appointments, and it will take a while especially for your first appointment, but it is just normal everywhere in Germany for good clinics when you have a public insurance.

I had a great experience with DEVZ. Dr. Santen was a source of great relief for me. Their diagnosis is very thorough and complete. I would recommend them anytime.

I had so bad experience there as I asked for appointment. The employee working at reception was horribly rude and arrogant. Pls try to find other clinic and do not go there. Otherwise you would get another illness from there.
