Stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. It's a great place with friendly staff, clean rooms and close to the main railway station. Great value rooms with air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.

But; BE AWARE, this hotel is in a rough neighborhood, the area around Frankfurt hauptbahnhof has deteriorated significantly over the recent years and there is a lot of drug pushing and homelessness in the area. I don't feel that it is a dangerous area as such, but I would be very careful around this hotel, especially at night time.

Pleasant stay, courteous staff, good breakfast. The location is literally 3 mns walk from main station, convenient but also you are surrounded by drug addicts, hobo… quite a shock when we arrived on first day. my suggestion is turn right on the main street if you go plan to walk to kaiserstradt instead of left, and cross the street and do a small detour through the main station. It is much cleaner and feel safer.

Nice hotel the owner so nice and friendly ???? if you want a quiet rood ask for room 441 super quiet and cozy @night and you have supermarket just 100feet away!

Overall it's ok, staff is really friendly and breakfast is good, bad thing is the WiFi connection that I needed to work and was not working properly, the neighborhood is full os homeless people.

Hotel was great - was really good value and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were great too. It's 2 minutes away from the central station so ideal if you need to be close to the airport or are going to catch a train. Would definitely recommend!

North American here… I stayed here one night while having a long layover to go back to Texas. The members of the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was good. The room was clean and functional. The room serves it’s purpose. The hotel is close to the train station but is in a sketchy neighborhood. If you’re looking for a hotel to sit in all day, this isn’t the place for you but if you need a decent, clean room to sleep in for the night then this hotel serves the purpose. The man at the desk assisted me with any questions I asked and gave me clear instructions on taking the train to the airport. Thanks to the staff for being so kind and helpful!

Affordable, clean and good hotel near the main train station, which unfortunately is also the area of drug addicts and other strange characters.
